About 5 years ago I vac sealed Tender Quick, cure #1 and 2 in quart Ball jars for a "just in case" supply.

Forgot about it until I rediscovered it today in the back of a cabinet.

Picked up the jars, and there was no clumping, discoloration.

I'm thinking they'll be good until the seal eventually fails. Even then they might be still be ok to use....

That stuff doesn't go bad . That's a good way to make sure it stays dry though .
I have a bag of cure 2 that I bought back in the mid 90's . My Tender quick says 2014 on it . That's just for reference .
