Upgrade or clone?

Was on some unknown site yesterday and they were sellin a smoker made by Kingsford. Had to do a double take. It was identicle to my Chargriller. They added a few upgrades like electric charcoal starter and doubled the price. Most of that is probably for the name. Would like to see one in person though.

I believe they're made by Masterbuilt. Our local supermarket had a small version grill only, and it seemed well built.

I googled kingsford smokers and found this... It does look alot like the CG.

The only difference i can see from that pic is the position of the drip can is on the opposite end from the one on my CG!
