Some I was looking around and was wondering what the biggest fattie weight was? How did it get flattened and rolled? I want to make a few huge fatties for this event and dont know where to start to make a huge fattie. Any help is very much appreciated!
If your mind's made up on making the colossal fatty. Then I would use a shallow baking pan lined with wax paper. Flattening it out by hand first then adding another sheet of wax paper to the top, and finish flattening it out with a rolling pin. Personally I would just make a few smaller-normal size fatties with different fillings. Weight would depend on the inner ingredients.
Thank you. Im going to make my first fattie today. Going to get some experience before I go for the big one's. Using from the butcher ground beef with munster cheese and fresh picked bell peppers and green onions.
