With everyone on here smoking anything from brisket, chuckie's, tri tip etc. and other things does anyone have a good web page or anything that guy can look at to see what all these different cuts can be made into? I have smoked a lot of pork but no beef and when I am at the store I just never know what I can make out of all of these beef cuts that I see. Or can you kind of assume that most of these cuts can me made into pretty much anything such as brisket style, chopped for sammies, corned beef, etc. A little guidance would be much appreciated. Thanks

Wow I just reread my post. "Unexperienced"?????? Is that even a word? I don't think so. Inexperienced.

Hopefully Pops will see this thread and comment but I believe there are some cuts that aren't that great for smoking unless your going to do jerky

Can't give a quick reply to this one, it's too broad, but being on vacation this week I'll see if I can find or create a little tutorial on beef cuts for both fore and hind quarter meat.
