I am really interested in trying out these bags? I did read a few different reviews on the taste of the pepperoni seasoning from UMAi. How do you like them? the chorizo was good??

We love them. The pepperoni and chorizo are our favorites, with soppressata being close. I also just did salami and added whole peppercorns.

It took me three attempts at different pepperoni mixes. After being pleasantly surprised with the other UMAi flavors, I decided to try theirs. Everyone I have shared the UMAi pepperoni with has said it was phenomenal.

73 saint, it looks awesome. I have wanted to try this for some time but have been hesitant. I may need to steal your recipe and try it. Yum.
