Did some "yard birds" yesterday. They were brined overnight and then 1/2ed. One rubbed with evoo and lemon pepper. The other, evoo and cavenders. Tossed on the UDS. Temp ran 275-300 degrees.

I knew I should have stayed off of this site when I got home, not a good place to be on a Friday during lent. Oh well there is always tommorow, looks great will just have to settle for fish tonite.

Beauty Birds...but what's "cavenders"? I suspect a commercial spice mix/rub as I have never heard of such a spice. Don't mean there ISN'T one, tho.
