UDS or A Double Barrel Grill

I currently have two 55 gallon metal drums. I am not sure if I should build two UDS or a double barrel smoker. I found a couple good YouTube videos on how to build a UDS and found a couple helpful kits on how to build double barrel smoker. I am leaning towards the double barrel drum because my ultimate goal is to build a smoker out of a 120 gallon propane tank. I believe the double drum would be good practice. Does anyone use either one and have a recommendation on which one is better for smoking?

I have a UDS and I love it. I have never smoked on the double drum before so I cant comment on it. I say make a UDS... and see if ya like it.. if not.. make a dbl drum.. ;) but if the uds is built.. im sure you stick with it.. they are that good ;)
