So I see in all the videos and forums that everyone says keep the exhausts wide open, but yet the Pit barrel smokers that people seem to love only have the holes for the rods for exhausts. I personally use my intakes for major adjustments and fine tune with my exhausts. I would love some of your input on this. TIA.
