Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum and appreciate all the valuable info posted. I am going to be grilling a lot of chicken and I would like to know if anyone has a recommendation as to a machine or technique for quickly tying the chickens. So far, I have been doing it manually, but it does take a lot of time. Thanks.

There's lots of info on the internet about tying chickens, the best way to get quick is practice..practice...practice...

Best way to do it is to bend the wing tips to the back of the chicken, capturing the loose skin underneath them, then simply tying the ends of the drumsticks together. Voila, a secure chicken (or turkey).
