    Cary,
Welcome, from southern Ohio, to the best forum on the internet if you are looking to learn how to BBQ/smoke/brine/cure/inject. Well you get the picture if you can do it to something you put on a plate to eat then someone here has probably done it then smoked it.

Use the search bar at the top of the page and you will be led to the answer to most every question you can think of. If you don't find the answer there then just post it and someone will chime in with their opinion on the subject.

Depends on what type biz you want to get into, catering, BBq stand, restaurant, Each requires different equipment. The first thing you should do is get with your local health department and find out what they require. Then go from there, cause if they aint happy you aint in biz!!

Always remember the only dumb question is the one you don’t ask!!
    Keep Smokin!!!

Thanks for the warm welcome folks.

We are doing a brick and motor restaurant. I know what you mean by making the city happy!

Id like to go with a all wood fired offset or bewley pit, but think my building codes department want to see something more along the lines of a SP or OH.

While looking for a used model, I came across the guys at Nolens Custom Smokers which is more in my price range. Im hoping to find some people who have used their commercial 48x48 rotisserie smoker and let me know how it is.

I did use the search bar, but didnt find anything under Nolens.

Where should I post my question?
