Well, I just got back from a 2 week vacation. Rented a house on the North Fork of Long Island, right on the bay. The weather was beautiful and the food and drink were plentiful. I grilled and smoked almost every day for two weeks with th most beautiful scenery. Not too much qview unfortunately but I'll share what I do have. Smoked pork butt for pulled pork, one Cuban style butt, for Cuban sandwiches, fatties, spare ribs, baby backs, beef ribs, ABTs, bacon wrapped meatballs, prime rib. Grilled Souvlaki , burgers, dogs, sausage and peppers, steak and chicken fajitas,, ribeyes, etc. time with the family, relaxation , cooking outdoors,a little golf, great local produce and baked goods. All in all a great vacation. Have to admit though, didn't check this site once in two weeks and I kinda missed it LOL. Well here are some pics.
