Just built my ugly drum smoker yesterday and i had to try it out for easter. Got two boston butts ones 12 lbs the other is 9. Hoping to fit two tenderloins in during the final hour of the butts.

Drum build

Been rolling since 6 am
Sneek peek of the goods later

Its been only an hour since this smoker has been running but im so impressed already. It took 10 mins to get up to temp and settle in. And ive had meat on for an hour and it has only fluctuated 2 degrees.... Yes (2) not a typo. This is coming from someone who has been using stick burners so this is new for me.

Glad to hear your build is working so well.

Can't wait to see how the meat turns out!
