Two Butts missed for Memorial Day

Well I decided to take today off from work and smoke my two butts that got rained out last weekend
So it's 4am. The WSM sits in the deck with Kingsford
blue getting up to temp. Here are our contestants...
Injected with a mixture of peach juice and apple cider
Vinegar. A little yellow mustard and of course Jeffs Rub. Notice the aluminum pans.. Yes I put them in the smoker!! Catches all the juice and makes clean up easy... And yes, I still get nice bark..

Fours hours in, time for a little spritz of peach and vinegar pit is 250 meat is 145

Hit stall at 160 ish.. Adding peach juice and a little water and wrapped pans with foil. Back in the smoker till we reach 205
