Can't let'm go to waste-Xtra wings and drum's got a coating of pasilla, chipotle added in my #1 rub and put on sugar maple smoke. Rub's got a fruity sting to it, just right. Should wow my chili head co-worker who's bringing in some of his turkey jerk.
