All we use is cottage cheese in lasagna, tried the ricotta once but we didn't care for it. Funny thing is I can't stand cottage cheese, reminds me of curdled milk! But in lasagna it's ok

Smokin' in AZ Smokin' in AZ John you have increased my "to try" list yet again! Your ingredient list is for 2 8in CI pans? And as much as your using that CI your iron levels should be absolutely fine!
Thank you for the like JLeonard, yes it is for two 8" CI pans. The original recipe was for two 9x13 pans....if interested PM me.

Thanks Civil for the like, and I agree I remember a lot of CI cooking from my youth.

Gotta get a good cornbread recipe and try that, love cornbread especially with chili.

Looks great, how’s the turkey kielbasa? I’m with JJ on the kielbasa many a ski in my family tree.
 
Boy does that look good! Yeah I never heard of turkey keilbasa either, especially around here...dems fightin’ words! :emoji_laughing:

Either way it looks awesome, and I would love to sit down to a skillet like that.
