Daughter brought a pack of these home for me to smoke. Doesn't eat pork or beef, so not a problem. Rubbed three and three naked. Smoked with mulberry @ 235 till IT 170. Nice snap to'em, juicy and overall she is going back for more before sale is up. Toasted torp's w/mustard and fresh picked sweet corn started off the weekend on a high note. Smoke on.
