After looking at Bigtrain74's stuffed pork loin with spinach and provelone cheese. I have to try it. It's in the smoker now. I didn't know though that you need to sheet the loin first and roll it up. Well I just made a slit in it and stuffed and tied it up. I'll have the q/view as soon as it's done.

Nothing says you have to do this or that. It's just the way someone does it you can do it your way and then you can call it your way and not theirs. I myself would cut the loin to lay out but then thats me and my way. This ne is your way.

WOW is all I have to say. That was great! Now I need a nap. I've really been trying to watch how much I eat these days. I've even quit the bowl of cereal before I go to bed. I've been trying to watch my figure, no one else will. But I just made a total glutton out of myself. Thank you Bigtrain74.
