Trimmed Spare Ribs from Weekend. My Qview

I had always bought baby backs, but thanks to SMF, I got 2 racks of Spares and trimmed them up myslef and saved a good amount of money.

I used the 3-2-1 method for my first time as well. These turned out really good. Thought I'd share a couple pics.

Famous Daves Rib Rub, with a little red pepper flake, and then brown sugar on top.
