A couple of weeks ago kilo charlie did a post about using pulled pork in won-tons and I had to try it.
I used chopped p.p., green onions and cheddar cheese.

Fried them in about a 1/4" of vegetable oil.

Had them with some leftover lo-mein stir fry concoction from the day before.
I used Orange sauce instead of BBQ sauce, though.

These were a hit here. Easy to make and I usually have all the ingredients on hand.
Using egg and water to seal is way superior to water.
I'm thinking of making a bunch up, packaging and freezing in batches to thaw and cook at leisure.
I let charlie know we liked them and he suggested I post, so here you are :-)
I highly suggest giving them a try!
Thanks for looking and have a wonderful day!

Well there goes that Charlie almost forcing us to make new dishes that we will probably love! :emoji_laughing: . Just kidding! Those look awesome and a nice looking plate of food.

Those definitely look amazing! I'm glad you were able to show everyone they don't need a deep fryer too!

Great job!

KC was right in asking you to post them. That shows his post had a positive impact as well as you dialing in some techniques. They look excellent and perfectly cooked. Please though, DO NOT let my wife see them. She's a pulled pork junkie and we'd be eating these 6 nights a week :emoji_laughing: Outstanding job Dan.

Actually my wife re-heated the ones left this morning and asked when I was going to make more....
