Peachey my local butcher. I call and tell him I want one and then go pick it. Usually about 2 1/2 lbs.
Wegmans is hit and miss sometimes. But not the quality of my butcher.


To the members who have never tried Tri Tip...I Suggest you give it a try.

My butcher charges $8.99 lb and they run 2.5lb. 2 meals for the wife and me.
Sometimes on sale for $6.99
 
Excellent looking TT. Like others have mentioned that cut seems to be extinct in these parts.
