Tri-tip roast for pulled beef

This is a reoccurring issue in the meat industry. The naming seems to be what ever someone wants to call it. Then of course the butchering also can vary. There are standards established but for some reason not religiously adhered to.

This is some chili made with that "tri-tip" and some homemade Italian flatbread.This wasn't just good it was damn good!Notice the Melindas Scorpion sauce in the back...love my heat!
