Found some tri tips at wally, here is the going on stage, just salt,pepper and rosemarry.

I will tell ya in another 15-20*, its at 115* now ,tryen slow, not sure if thats the thing to do, cookers idle'en at 225-230rpm.
 
Rosemarry has a UNIQUE flavor, i liked the meat overall, but i now have a new chunck of meat to perfectionize, and the onion was great also.
Ran the tri-tip to 140 internal, on the thinner side. dork me should have probed the thicker side, still a success in my opinion, will work on it , maybe a grill next time.

ya ,i think i will omit the rosemarry next time, but it was still great eats.
 
I don't care for Rosemary. To me it taste like pine needles
