Everything turned out really good. I am a Ribeye guy but that Tri-Tip had such great flavor and was nice and tender. Had a really nice smoke flavor. Now I wish I would of bought more. Okra was really good also as was sweet potato.

Never tried okra and I'm not much of a sweet potato eater, but that TT looks perfect Brian.

Point for sure

Still have one small piece left. Sliced thin and ate cold one day. Was good like that. Sous vide 125 another day. While it was good nothing like the day of cook. Will be doing some more of that Okra this weekend.

Looks good
I haven’t had okra in a few years
Have you tried splitting in half and grilling? I like it better than fried
Thanks John. No only had fried but willing to try it. Also might have to try the Air fryer one.
I'd be askin you to fry up some more okra! To finish off this steak.
We'll use the sweet tater fer desert!
Thanks Jim.

Perfect plate of okra and TT Brian.
Local buffet has fried okra ALMOST as good as my moms. They throw down a speed bump when they see me coming 😆
