I have a couple of trees that need some trimming after this winter 2 Maples and 1 Mulberry.

Question, do I need to strip the bark from the limbs to dry, sizes will be wrist to forearm thick?

Also what size chunks should I cut the limbs. Smoker is similar to a cheap Brinkman. New

smoker not in works, but thanks for playing.

Sounds like a plan

If you are looking at making chunks maybe 2 to 4 inches long?   Cut both smaller and larger so you have more control of your fire!
