Traeger Pro - “No Pellet Sensor Detected”

I just recently purchased a Traeger Pro 575 with WiFire Technology. Under “Menu” then “Pellet Sensor” it says “No Pellet Sensor Detected.” I haven’t been able to find any info on this online. Curious if anyone knows how to solve this?

The only thing to do is call customer service and discuss the issue with them.

I believe the pellet sensor is a add on item to the traeger hopper bin...
