If it's not rusted out and still works it is a good deal. I would at least look at it, it could be junk but you won't know till you see it.
 
Looks like a Junior with 3 temp control - although pretty basic, for $150, if the mechanics are sound, that is a pretty good deal, especially if you can chisel the price down a bit.  I paid near $1k for a slightly larger model new (Texas 075) with more temp ranges on the control.  If that works for your needs, I would seriously consider it.  Traegers are pretty good, I won't say the best, but they get the job done.  $150 sounds like a very reasonable price.

I would have them fire it up and make sure the fan and auger works (feed cycles) and run it for at least 30 minutes.
