i had some wings thawed out to smoke today, but way to windy and cold today, single digits temps, with wind chill in the minus temps. just way to cold for me.i guess i will have to put them into the stove today..snow on the ground from last night.

I've thought about going out to my smoker, and said to self you have done some crazy stuff, But that is a stupid idea see it in the spring.
