Tonight's dinner.

Pork loin stuffed with Rosemary and mushroom bread stuffing. Served with mashed parsnips and carrots with nutmeg and asparagus in lime butter. Not bbq, but I was sick of having the same few dinners over and over again, so tried to get creative. It was pretty good.

Thanks guys. School is going pretty well. It's taken a bit to get into a rhythm, both myself personally and the class as a whole, but things are starting to click. I've done well on all the written and practical tests so far, so fingers are crossed. Class was cancelled today due to snow, so I was playing at home.

HAHA!! Not in the least. It was cooked by a man in pajama pants and an old sweatshirt, and eaten in front of the TV. Thanks though :)
