Tonight bird dusted with magic dust that I tweaked and added some toasted onion too. Over hickory wood chunks. One pan has water and the other is beer! Figured I would do a reverse beer can chick.

Yes. Really juicy. I didn't place any chili powder in it as somehow I ran out of it. Cayenne pepper I cut in half to 1 T and added a T of toasted onion powder from my favorite spice place Penzeys. Here was it after resting
