Tomorrow im gonna smoke what you see in the pic. The rib tips ill put in some beans along with some onions and green peppers. This will be the first chuckie i've ever done. I think i will marinade it over night(i havent made up my mind what to use yet, i need to surf around the site a little)and then rub it. The short ribs and the bb's i will rub and do a variation of the 2-2-1 method and maybee a little AJ spritz. I will be smoking with apple and hickory. I will make sure to post plenty of picks tomorrow even a few tonight once marinated and rubbed.sorry still cant get these pics any bigger.


Ok here we go..

the pork rib tips are done in Jeffs rub. the beef short ribs are rubbed in my brown sugar,salt,cbp,rosemary,garlic,white pepper,mustard,parsley and onion powder. The BB's are a version of a memphis rub with no sugar. The chuckie is marinated in Dr-pepper, onions, kosher salt, cbp and garlic.

It sounds like you have a good plan and if you want to marinade the chuckie I would. Now for the smoking I would smoke them both at the same time just put the chuckie in first for it will probally take the most time. The the ribs and I will hold you to the planty of Qview thing now. Happy Smokin.
 
I think i finally got the size issue figured out on photobuckett. lots more pics coming tomorrow.
