Tonight will be 4th cook. Just under 3# Tomahawk left from last 1/2 beef share. I will be attempting reverse sear. Hanging it in the Oklahoma Joe Bronco then reset Bronco to grill and sear it up. I know I know most won’t like but cooking to “medium “ not a fan of MR. Will be 24hr dry brined and trying new espresso rub I picked up at local street fair over the weekend. More pics to come.

Looks fine to me. A fat ribeye can take a little extra doneness and be just fine.

About 45 minutes ago I took a half ribeye from a leftover, a half a baked potato, made a hash in a nonstick skillet and ate it up with 3 over medium eggs.

I very rarely eat breakfast but I woke up like 4 hours early HONGRY. Now I'm regretting it because I'll be full all day but c'est la vie.

That twice cooked ribeye was mighty fine eats.
