Hi everyone,

I just got a Masterbuilt Dual Fuel Smoker. Smoked a 10lb pork sholder yesterday turned out awesome. I use to smoke all the time even entered 2 competitions. But that seems like forever ago now. I excited to share some recipes and learn new ones.
