Not sure if this is right place for this but since i am smoking 3 different meats today I would put it here.
First is a beer can chicken rubbed with grill mates chicken rub and stuffed with garlic.
Second will be a boneless pork loin soaked in a brine and then thinly sliced for pork bbqs.
Third is a london broil marinated in soy sauce, garlic, and a pineapple mango juice
Washed down with a fresh keg of my haus pale ale.
All will be enjoyed pool side on this beautiful day.camera is charging will post pics soon here is a shot of my pale ale.

It sounds like you have quite a full day of smoking. Don't forget the Qview.

Dang, Must be rough having to sit poolside and drink ale, but I guess someone has to do the dirty work... LOL

yes it was and no i did not know that i will no for next time i have seen other people smoke birds on top thats why i thought it was ok

I don't think bird on top is a real problem. The cooking temps will kill the chance for any bacteria transfer. Some people so NO WAY to chicken on top, some people, myself included, are not at all worried about it. Its all personal preference.

I wish I was sittin next to the pool doing a big smoke... I did smoke a fattie today but rather than sit next to the pole I had to cut the grass.

Looking forward to finished pics...

Everything turned out great. The london broil was done first and was delicious a recipe worth keeping.
The chicken and pork came out great as well.It was my first beer can chicken and first chicken smoked it did not last long.
The pork came out good i let it chill and sliced thin for sandwiches and was a hit.
The worst part of this smoke is there are no left overs even the pale ale is all gone.

Will post the q-view soon as i get the pics transfered to pc I am lazy ths morning and a little sunburned .lol

Glad all went well. Please do not as others have said place chicken above other meats when smoking. It is a safety issue and maybe only 1 out of a 1000 will tell you it does not matter. Why risk the health of you and your family? It may not matter most of the time but what matters is all of the time. Safe smokes my friend.

Well, nobody said it so I will....DANG nice glass of Ale, bud!
