Todays smoke, summer sausage and snack sticks.

Made up some summer sausage and some of Nepas pastrami sticks. Half of summer sausage is regular and other half is jalapeno/ cheeder. Sorry, no pics of the prep. Got tied up in getting things put together. Here it is in the smoker.

Regular in the front and Jap/ chedder in the back. Let them bloom for awhile and then into the fridge for a nap.
