Today's smoke - Pork loin with homemade wine peppercorn sauce

That look really great.  I am new to smoking, and am going to try pork loin tomorrow.  About how long did it take for that piece of  pork to get done?

  That little piece only took about 2 hours to get done in the smoker then I wrapped & rested it for a while before slicing it so the juices could redistribute...
