Today's Haul at the grocery store. I had just came from the eye doctor and with eyes dilated could not see prices.So I saw this pork had a 3$ coupon( big enough to see lol) but could not see that actual price.
I went to the meat window and said hey young fellow can you tell me the price i cant see it ??He was hand that back here and ill re-wrap and tag it and take care of you. I was like cool but i still want to know the price and he was like roughly three bucks. I said cool ill take it and then found three others and he did the same.
So i got 34.00 worth of pork for less than 14$
Then i was getting milk and saw there was a deal some cheese but again could not see the fine print. I asked a lady if she could please help me and she was like sure and told me the price. the cheese is usually 4.00 each and i got them for 1.88 each if i bought 6 so i guess i have more cheese to smoke as well lol
then on my way back through i saw these stuffed chicken breasts that had a 3$ coupon 2$ off if you bought two of them. So they they were 4.73 each minus the 3$each and then2$ off for buying 2. So i paid about 1.50 for the 2 packages of chicken breast ad they are in metal containers i can wash and use for other thing. I also got a 3.75 steak that was marked down to 3.25 with a 3.00 off coupon. So .25 steak lol
I got some other none meat/smoke related stuff as well but was excited about the stuff i got. Now i just need to figure out the what where and when lol
