Smoking for some friends and my wife and I this weekend as it is our last free weekend as a married couple. My wife is getting induced on Thursday the 6th with our first baby, a boy!
So getting a last good laugh in with friends and few things done. Changing oil and smoking! On at 225. Pork spares and stuffed peppers

Rubbed down one with SmokinAl rub and the other with a savory pecan seasoning. Jalapenos are stuffed with cream and Velveeta cheese, and hot Italian sausage.
