ive been outside working in the garage today because its a nice day. I had this package of sausage that I thawed yesterday and did not use and ill be gone all day tomorrow.
so i took one of the mozzarella string cheese that i smoked and stuffed it in the center of the sausage. then i coated with a sweet cracked pepper dry rub from weber and cooked on high smoke( 225 average) until 180.
