These are the days when my wife looks at me and asks "Why do you want to live in Kansas again?"

We are facing a week of 100's after enduring it for the past 4 days already. I tell ya, August around here sucks. (so does February, but for the opposite reason)

But soon the crisp fall weather will approach and the thin blue will rise again!

Same here in Texas, it's HOT....but since my first 3-2-1 ribs came out so good last week I'm doing some more tomorrow, plus my first fatty stuffed with olive salad and feta cheese.
