Picked up some 2"thick center cut boneless pork chops and cant decide smoke them or grill them. Any ideas ?

I like pork chops brined for a few days then put on the grill....  Some smoke first would be awesome....

Either way is a good plan, I would smoke em, or, grill indirect to an internal of 145 degrees

Not brinning have season with a rub in the fridg. Since yesterday

Smoke then finish with a sear. It's called a reverse sear and it's tasty!
