TMLE tuning plates

Hello... I am modify my TMLE according to information found on this amazing website.  I want to install the tuning plates and be able to move them around to adjust for what it is I am smoking.  Can someone provide me the dimensions to include thickness of thier plates?

I made mine from 1/8in stainless sheet I found at the scrap yard. They are 14 1/2in long and 6in wide.
