Well boys and girls it’s time for some pulled pork.
One is 8.5# one is 9#

Rubbed with CBP, kosher salt, onion powder, garlic powder, sugar in the raw, and Tony’s.

Going on around 10pm to eat whenever the hell it gets done tomorrow (everyone always asks what time we are eating, whenever it’s done! Lol)

I always love seeing (and eating) pulled pork!
Me too, this is the first one I have done in 7 or 8 months.

* FYI don’t use the blender you use for making the little lady Irish cream to grind up wood pellets or you will get yelled at lmao.

It’s a $15 blender and the only thing it gets used for is blending her coffee treat, until now!

Here they are, 14hrs @225.

Came out very juicy with great flavor. I just converted a never porker (sons GF “doesn’t like pork”) into a pork lover
