Great cook Ryan . Love the color on that chuck .

Tax man Cometh ? Lol .
Good lookin dog .
Thanks Rich! I loved the color it took on also. Started with a chunk of cherry and then hickory chunks... really love cooking on my kettle, even though it is an el cheapo lol.

Heck yeah Ryan looks mighty tasty!
Thanks Jake! You helped make it easy... just followed your lead without the heat and humidity!

Beautiful, beautiful job Ryan. That's as good looking as any chuck roast I've seen or done. Looks delicious my friend and a job very well done.

Nice! I just picked up 3 on sale and with the weather cooling off a little I see one of them cooking outside.
I just have to decide between the offset or the kettle. Decisions, decisions, decisions......

That roast looks absolutely delicious. All of these awesome cooks lately have me salivating. I'm going to need to get something on my smoker ASAP!!! Pesky work is always getting in the way.

That is a great looking roast, nice color

Nice pup stalking by, I don't see a lot of Dobermans around any more. They were popular in the 80's, Back than I had 3 brindle Boxers

Thanks David! We had a red Dobie before this one, didn't think I'd like a black one as much... I was wrong! My avatar is actually her and her 9 siblings. How they got 10, eight week old pups to sit like that is beyond me! Kya is the one in the very back...her mom had all 4 colors... red, black, one blue, and one white.

Thank you! And I'm terrible at decisions so one for the offset and one for the kettle with one left over! And you're good to go.
