My dual probe Plug n Play controller quit putting out power to the heating element during my last smoke. I called them for a return authorization which I got in minutes. I sent it in last Thursday. They sent an email three days ago saying they received it and it was repaired. The SSR and SSR trigger went bad. Cost to repair was $15.00 plus shipping. I just got it back today. Great service. I had a bit of a problem recently with my Auber WS

and while I didn't have to send mine in, it was pretty

much the same experience.

They were fast to get back to me, gave me suggestions

as to what I could do to help with my problem.
