I have been using Eggs/Kamados for a decade but I want that strong offset wood flavor but I am to lazy to spend the effort on an offset. I have narrowed it down to Gravity Fed (Assassin, Stumps, Myron) or Lone Star Grills Mini IVS. It seems there are thoughts all over of Gravity having a closer profile to offset or other opinions of IVS having a closer flavor to offset if you use more wood chunks. Any thoughts on flavor profile? Further, any thoughts on leaving Eggs to switch to these types of smoker; worth the cost?
