This weekend's smoke

    Howdy gang,

    On Friday I smoked a rack of beef ribs.  I rubbed in olive oil, garlic and black pepper.  They were awesome according to She Who Must Be Obeyed!  Tonight I smoked some rib-eyes that had been rubbed in garlic and Old Bay.  She said they were right tasty too.  Served the steaks with a mix of roasted Yukon gold and sweet potatos, shallots and carrots.  I wish I had some asparagus and tiny tomatoes.  No pics of the steak unfortunately.
