Eldon &Karen Cutlip are master sausage makers and have some great products. They sold the company to an employee becuase Eldon has had some health issues. Karen owns and runs the Dakota water stuffer company  which they both started.

Yeah, I'm getting kielbasa fever, a foreign variant of that ailment.  No known cure, but the symptoms may be alleviated with cherry smoked Polish sausage made from my grandfather's recipe.

It all looks great, especially the smoked, nah, the fresh, nah, the smoked, nah the fresh......... anyway, what a great way to fill up a weekend. I want to know how you keep a smoker so clean please ?
