a 1k would take me two days to complete... a wheelchair is a lot faster than me and my limp, lol!

Oh yes, know all about pintos, and black beans too (my favorite!).  Had a black bean and cajun rice salad last week at the neighbor's - absolutely delicious!
 
Speaking of butts...HEB grocery stores here in Texas have Boston butt pork roasts for .97 per pound!!!  Already have 4 I'm cooking this weekend and going back for freezer material today.  They also have center cut St. Louis style spares for 1.97 a pound.  Got a few of those set back as well.
