Made one for just us this time.

Start to finish 36 hours.
Cold bake for 1 hour, lid on the dutch entire time.

Had some expansion to the sides of the dutch and got some slight char but not a biggie.

Great looking bread! Now thats it cooling down here I've got to get back to making some bread.

When I get into my bread making binge, I'll post some pictures for you to laugh at.
Yours are always picture perfect, mine are anything but.
 
Cold bake.

After the last ferment of your dough, place it in the cold dutch, make any score mark, place dutch with lid in a cold oven then start your heat. You will need to adjust the baking time here.

Leave the lid on the dutch the entire bake. I baked for 1 hour. Bread IT was 208
