Third R/S Tri tip this week!

Hey b-one is tri tip easy to find out there? I'm from Cali and we live on tri tip here but when I went to Chicago to visit my wife's parents I couldn't find any. The guys in the meat department of several grocery stores looked at me like I was crazy.

I haven't had luck finding it in Colorado either.

I just recently found them at a butcher shop$$$, then they started to carry them at a local grocery store(D&W) I think a lot of them get wasted I mean turned to burger or "stew meat" unless they ship them all to Cali.:biggrin:
